However, she is always being watched by her older sister, Kathleen, which she does not like very much. She feels her sister doesn't let her enjoy her life as much as she wants. Because of this, Amber is always trying to get the best of her sister by playing pranks on her, usually by pulling Kathleen's pants down in front of boys she likes.

Kathleen feels she has always been the level-headed one. When her sister gets out of hand, it's up to her to take control of the situation. One method of taking control she's found to be very effective is threatening to take away Amber's "pants privileges." Whenever she does this, Amber usually calms down right away. When she's not dealing with her sister, Kathleen spends her time at the mall, or trying to find a boyfriend.
